N93 SPA COLLECTION ("N93", "we") sells salon furniture to salon owners in Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

Quote requests: your name and phone number, and anything else you choose to share such as your salon name, email, address, product preferences, budget and timeline.

Referral registrations: the referrer’s name, phone and email, and the referred friend’s name, phone, salon name, city and province, plus an optional delivery address.

Technical information: the IP address and browser details of each submission, kept to prevent abuse and resolve disputes.

How we use it

To respond to quote requests, prepare quotes and arrange sales, delivery and installation.

To administer the referral program, including matching inquiries to referral registrations and calculating and paying commissions.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Referring a friend

When you register a friend, you confirm that they have agreed to be contacted by us. We use their details only to recognize the referral when they contact us and to follow up about salon furniture.

Retention

Quote requests are kept for up to three years after our last contact with you.

Referral registrations and their status history are kept for as long as needed to honour commissions and resolve disputes.

Where your information is stored

Our website, database and email providers store information on servers that may be located outside Canada, including in the United States.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by emailing n93spacollection@gmail.com.
